How to use Brave on Android

After installing Brave APK, open the browser and start with a search or website address. The main controls are available from the tab screen and browser menu, while site specific options appear when you visit a page.

1. Open Brave and enter a website address or search term in the address bar to load a page.

2. When a page opens, check the Shields icon to see the protections active for that website.

3. If a page does not work as expected, open the site controls and adjust ad, script, pop up, or cookie blocking for that site.

4. Open a new private tab from the tab controls when you want to browse separately from your normal tabs.

5. Use the browser menu to import bookmarks, turn on sync, choose night mode, or access Firewall + VPN if you use that optional service.
