Yandex Go

Yandex Go helps when you need a ride to work, to send a package, or to order dinner. The app brings transport, delivery, and shopping together so you can plan the day in one place. You see options that match your time and budget as you move. Availability depends on your city and country, so some services appear only in supported areas. To get started, download Yandex Go and open the app, then choose what you need right now.

Yandex Go features you can use

Yandex Go shows the fare estimate before you order, so you know the price in advance. You can choose from classes for everyday Yandex Go taxi trips, from Economy to Elite or City to City. In many areas, nearby pickup points can reduce the fare and pickups are quick. You can also schedule City to City trips ahead of time to plan your day.

For families, you can request cars with one or two child seats using the With Kids option. For business or special meetings, Yandex Go Ultima offers high end vehicles and drivers who are vetted in person. You select the class that fits the trip and then confirm the order as usual.

If you need to send documents or electronics, a courier can pick up in about 15 minutes in supported areas. For large items, you can order a cargo truck. You can pay by card in the app or pay cash to the courier where this is available. Tracking and contact options are available inside the order screen.

In select cities, you can rent bright yellow scooters and unlock up to three per account. If you need a car, the carsharing fleet includes many models for trips in and out of town. Pricing and availability appear in the app before you start the ride.

You can browse products on Yandex Market, sync your cart, and track orders from the same app. For food, you can order from restaurants, including Yandex Eats Ultima in supported areas. In some cities, you can book hotels and air, train, or bus tickets, and check public transport schedules and routes. On eligible orders, Plus loyalty points may be earned and applied to future services.
