TV Launcher Premium Smart UI

Premium TV Launcher UI (PLUI) is a luxury Android TV launcher — a complete home screen replacement for Android TV boxes, Google TV and Fire TV. No ads, no account, no subscription. The full Elite edition is included at no cost.

WHO IT IS FOR

🏠 Owners of an Android TV box or stick who want it to look and feel premium

👨‍👩‍👧 Families who share one TV and want a profile for every person

📷 Homes with IP security cameras (ONVIF / RTSP) who want them on the TV screen

🎨 Anyone tired of sponsored rows and ads on the stock Google TV launcher

OUR DOGMA: MINIMAL IS A STYLE. PREMIUM IS AN EXPERIENCE.

Projectivy, AT4K, Monet and Arc are excellent minimal TV launchers — clean grids in the Apple TV style. If minimal is what you want, they are a great choice. PLUI is the other school: a complete, luxurious living room. Glass panels over your own wallpaper, weather drawn as art, a clock you chose, your cameras next to the forecast, and a home screen for every member of the house. Two philosophies, honestly stated. Pick yours.

✨ WHAT YOU SEE FIRST

• Glass widgets over your own wallpaper — panels take their colour from the picture behind them

• Hundreds of live widgets: 82 weather faces, 38 clocks, 5-day forecast, radio, media, system

• Backgrounds up to 8K: curated gallery, aerial video, fine art, NASA, Reddit, or your photos

• Cinematic screensaver with aerial video

👨‍👩‍👧 FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE

• "Who's watching?" — up to 10 profiles, 100+ avatars or your own photo

• Each person keeps their own apps, sidebar, backgrounds, theme, language and widgets

• The administrator decides what every profile may change

• Parental control: PIN per category and a daily screen-time limit

📷 YOUR HOUSE ON THE SCREEN

• Live security cameras (ONVIF / RTSP) beside the clock and the weather — a viewer, not a recorder

🎛 MADE THE WAY YOU WANT IT

• Rows or grid per category · cinematic grid · icon size and style · app names on or off

• A sidebar you build: 100 slots for categories, apps, widget pages, tools — each with its own icon and lock

• Shortcut buttons on the remote: red button opens Cameras, Num 1 opens Games (inside the launcher)

• Built-in tools: device info, speed test, free-up-space, cloud backup with one Device ID

🏆 BEST FOR

• Best Android TV launcher for a TV box that should look expensive

• Best TV home screen for families: profiles, PIN, screen-time limit

• Best launcher for showing IP security cameras on the TV

• Best Google TV launcher replacement without ads or sponsored rows

🔒 PRIVACY

No ads, no tracking, no selling of data, nothing to sign up for. The permissions the setup asks for are explained on screen — and what each one can never do.

📺 WORKS ON

Android TV 8+ and Google TV: Nvidia Shield, Xiaomi Mi Box and Mi TV Stick, Chromecast with Google TV, Sony, Philips, TCL, Hisense and most Android TV boxes. Fire TV via sideload. Android projectors. 45 languages.

❓ FAQ

Is it really free? Yes. No ads, no in-app purchases, Elite included. The only price is an honest word online, if we have earned it.

Does the HOME button open it? Google Play rules do not let this build capture system buttons, and many TVs offer no home-app picker. Our companion app Button Mapper TV QuickActions maps HOME to the launcher in one press — it finds PLUI and offers to do it for you. The full build from smartago.net has HOME built in. The in-app guide covers every route, including ADB.

Does it work on Fire TV? Yes, by sideloading the full build.

Are the profiles streaming logins? No — launcher profiles. Continue Watching depends on each app.

Do cameras record? No. Live view only.

Install, press HOME, look around. Two minutes. Your TV will not look the same.
