CaltexGO + Rewards

CaltexGO + Rewards is designed for drivers who regularly refuel at Caltex stations and want to keep payment and reward activities together. It is available in Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, and Hong Kong. However, available services can differ by country and by participating station. The CaltexGO + Rewards APK may help users access their digital membership details, fuel records, and local station information from an Android phone.

App features

Pay for fuel at supported stations

CaltexGO + Rewards supports cash and credit card payments, depending on the station and region. Where Pump & Pay is available, you can select a pump and fuel purchase through the app. Check whether the station supports this option before relying on it for payment.

Collect and use Caltex Rewards points

You can show the in-app Rewards QR code when refuelling to collect loyalty points. Pump & Pay may also collect points as part of the transaction where supported. After points are added to your account, you can redeem them toward future petrol purchases according to the applicable local rewards program.

Keep a digital loyalty card

CaltexGO + Rewards keeps your Caltex Rewards membership card on your phone. This gives you a contactless way to present your membership details at the station. As a result, you do not need to carry a separate physical card when the digital card is accepted.

Store vouchers and check offers

The app lets you save available digital vouchers and review offers before visiting a station. You can scan a voucher code during redemption where this method is supported. Review the voucher conditions and expiry date first, since offers may have different rules in each market.

Review purchases and locate stations

You can view fuel transaction records to keep track of previous purchases and spending. In addition, CaltexGO + Rewards includes station search and navigation tools for finding nearby Caltex petrol stations. Members who opt in can also receive notifications about promotions and discount vouchers.

Before using CaltexGO + Rewards

CaltexGO + Rewards is a regional refuelling companion, not only a Caltex fuel payment tool. Pump & Pay, vouchers, point redemption, and payment options vary by country and station. Confirm the available service at your selected Caltex petrol station, especially when travelling between regions.

Common issues and support

If a Pump & Pay screen does not appear or a transaction is missing from the app, check the transaction details and payment status before trying again. If the app asks you to refresh after reconnecting to the internet, wait for a stable connection and reopen the relevant screen. Some users have also reported being unable to finish registration when asked for a card number without having a physical card; use the in-app feedback form or the official Contact Us page for account-specific help.
