In Diablo Immortal version 5.1.2, continue the Nation in Agony story as Pain and Anguish threaten Lut Gholein. Meet new allies, revisit familiar locations, and enter the High Ward surrounding Sultan Jerhyn’s palace.
Challenge Twisting Torments, a new Rocky Waste zone event where empowered minions of Duriel and Andariel appear with special affixes. Increased rewards include a weekly Legendary equipment drop.
Collect two new Legendary Gems in this Diablo Immortal update: the 5-Star Enigma Latera, which enhances Primary Attacks with chaining damage and stolen beneficial effects, and the 2-Star Prong Crag, which grants defensive and offensive bonuses after heavy single-hit damage.
Battlegrounds return to a Nephalem-themed visual style with combat-clarity improvements. Defeating the Final Guardian grants your team Nephalem Power, allowing executions against enemies below 20% Life even through Undying, invulnerability, and similar effects.
The Diablo Immortal latest version also includes a planned limited-time Spawn crossover, bringing Spawn-inspired content to Sanctuary.
