Modern Warships update 0.109.1.120516514 expands ricochet mechanics for ballistic ship and aircraft guns. Shells can now ricochet based on impact angle and caliber, retain 50% speed and damage, and potentially hit another target, with new indicators and Damage Log entries for ricochets and critical hits.
October brings a limited-time Halloween-themed port, while last year’s Halloween port becomes obtainable for the first time. The Infernal Tide Battle Pass runs from October 1–31, with VIP rewards including the Astros AV-TM 300 grenade launcher, Infernal Sovereign camouflage, and Hellfire Soul title.
In the Modern Warships latest version, Battle Pass Credits can be earned and spent on equipment and units from previous seasons. Credits carry over between seasons and convert to Gold each January 1, while the Battle Pass Shop adds rotating past-season cosmetics and new items including JS Katori, JS Hyuga, and R-29RMU2.1 Lajner.
The Pass Vault now includes the Fleet Masters season, featuring VIP rewards, cosmetics, and the CN CSTP frigate. You can also find the Dance of the Cranes camouflage in the Shop.
This Modern Warships update also lowers helicopter return-to-ship activation altitude from 500 to 250 meters, adds ship and equipment balance changes, and improves map vegetation visuals. A Fall Tournament with Twitch Drops rewards is also planned.
