Real time readings and custom alerts

You see current glucose and receive notifications for highs and lows. Alerts can be customised to match your schedule, and you also get a reminder 12 hours before a sensor session ends so you can plan a change. Routine finger pricks or scanning are not required for use. If alerts or readings do not match how you feel, confirm with a blood glucose meter.

Share data with followers

You can share your glucose data with up to 10 followers who use the Dexcom Follow app on a compatible device. An internet connection is required for sharing so followers can view your trends in near real time.

Clarity Card, history, and event logging

Dexcom ONE+ displays key diabetes metrics in the Clarity Card to view both current and past data. Sending data to Dexcom Clarity requires an internet connection and a compatible device.
