Call of Duty: Mobile is gearing up for an epic crossover event with the legendary Japanese franchise Gundam, set to launch on July 2, 2025, at 5 PM PT. This collaboration, titled Season 6 — Gundams Arrive, promises to bring iconic mechs, new gameplay modes, exclusive operator skins, weapons, and a host of exciting rewards to the mobile battlefield.

Gundam Takes Over COD Mobile

The much-anticipated Gundam collaboration introduces a fresh 4v4 Gundam Team Deathmatch mode, where players pilot mech-themed operators inspired by famous Gundam units such as Freedom Gundam, Sazabi Gundam, v Gundamo, and Deathscythe Gundam (EW). Unlike traditional loadouts, each Gundam operator comes equipped with unique abilities and weapons, adding a new layer of strategic combat.

Battles unfold from a third-person perspective on a specially designed map set on an interstellar space station, featuring futuristic points of interest that immerse players in the Gundam universe. The mode emphasizes fluid movement with vertical jets and mech agility, creating dynamic and intense mech duels.

Exciting New Content and Rewards

Season 6 offers more than just the new game mode. Players can earn or purchase Gundam-themed operator skins, weapon blueprints, and other exclusive cosmetics through the Battle Pass and two Series Armories store offers. The season also features a Gundam in-game event where free rewards are available for participation.

Additionally, the Battle Pass includes sci-fi-themed operators and weapons beyond the Gundam collaboration, complemented by a Double CP (Call of Duty Points) event running throughout the season, allowing players to maximize their in-game currency earnings.

Gundam Animations and More

After each Gundam Team Deathmatch, players can watch exclusive Gundam-themed operator animations outside the match. These animations can be unlocked progressively by playing the new mode as well as participating in regular Multiplayer and Battle Royale matches, rewarding players with unique visual content.
